Is it possible that information given to the public by Jack Smith with all the evidence...wouldn't that give a majority of Congress the way to refuse to certify the votes?

I just went back to read it & it’s been removed TT has been doing that a lot lately with stuff about T , astrologers, mediums etc, discussing T.
