FREE POST FOR THE NEW MOON
The dark/no Moon begins the day out of bounds and aspects Neptune in Pisces and the Lunar Nodes in Virgo and Pisces. These aspects invite you to let go of some structures and rules that used to work for you.
In the realm of politics I invite you to watch this interview with AOC who speaks to EXACTLY how the Dems might change to be more effective. I love this woman. I hope she moves into leadership positions QUICKLY and encourages other Reps too.
But this can apply to all the structures that are breaking down as we move through this period of immense transformation. Whether it be your personal structures or those in your local and greater community. I literally just restructured something in my business where I had been trying to fit into the way ‘things are done’ and it just was not working. As we are in the dark Moon it’s important to do some inner inventory taking and soul searching about the way forward for you.

This will bring through some deep information around transformation and what you get to chrysalise and release as you prepare your intentions for tonight's future forward Aquarius New Moon. Pluto takes away what you thought was your power and helps you to step into what is truly your power and Mercury is thoughts, communication and trans prefix words like translation, transmission, transgression, transference, and transactional. In Aquarius, this is ALL about mind mapping and pulling the pieces together to plan for the future.
Mercury is more, the human mind, the rational brain, and how we transmute information within. Uranus, the modern guide for Aquarius, is the higher mental picture, the mind that can make radical shifts based on unexpected ahas and insights that come from ‘out there’ and also from sudden synchronicities.
Uranus sits in Venus’ home sign (another reason why the upcoming venus journey is SO powerfully awakening - also because it was also connected to the LAST retrograde journey) and is stationing direct on the 30th, right after the Uranus guided New Moon.
Uranus aspects problem solver and Cosmic Owl, Pallas Athena in Capricorn and this earthy flowing aspect helps you to see into rabbit holes and pierce the darkness to get some clarity about what you are planning.
As we approach the New Moon at 7:35 AM eastern, the Sun and Moon both square Vesta in Scorpio, amplifying your sense of inner resilience and also heightening your plunge into deeply internal emotions and personal empowerment.
The New Moon itself, at 9˚ 51’ Aquarius is in an almost exact square to way shower, Hekate in Scorpio.
This makes this New Moon a significant crossroads related to internal power and deep transformation. Hekate shines her torch on some hidden truths that can help you to navigate your path forward and set extra powerful intentions. As this New Moon is also the Chinese New year of the wood snake expanding the sense of finding your inner courage, drive, and confidence to persevere in the face of adversity.
The wood snake has keen insight and extraordinary intelligence reflective of the intelligence of the Aquarius New Moon and Uranus/Mercury aspects.
We are all being given the push to both explore and to grasp the key points or to see the complete picture when making decisions.
This is tenacious energy supreme offering a major opportunity to keep your eye on the prize and work towards those powerful intentions over the next few months, and even 27 months of the lunar gestation cycle. As Aquarius is associated with longer term goals it’s a good idea to work on that bigger plan/picture.
We finish the 24 hours with the new Aquarius moon trine Jupiter in Mercury’s home, Gemini. Jupiter is ALSO (as well as Uranus) stationing direct on Feb 4th and is, therefore, pretty much stationary right now.
This aspect adds to the energy of planning, adapting, and seeing the bigger picture.
Now I pull a card and go do my own mind mapping and intention writing for the longer term.
Don’t forget that the Cosmos responds to what you put out there but also remember to ask for what you desire AND be open to more or something unexpected coming along, so do not get focused too intently on the outcome.

This is the Taurus card and Taurus is where Uranus sits and is stationed on this New Moon.
“I am knowledge” this card says, and the quote is “I cannot teach anybody anything, I can only make them think”.
How unsurprising lol. Lots of ‘thinking’ today.
The Hierophant, meaning ‘to see’ are/were spiritual guides that revealed knowledge they had received from the Cosmos/Gods.
I pulled this reversed, however, telling you that YOU can receive direct knowledge from the Cosmos through meditation, walking, shamanic journeying, or whatever works for you.
Venus’ sign, Taurus is the body/sense and you are called to bring that knowing/gnosis/knowledge down into your physical being so that you can set those intentions.
I love that the Thoth Hierophant has the Venus Pentagram encased within the imagery. “The Hierophant has a hexagram imposed upon them and within the hexagram is an inverted pentagram, which in turn contains an upright pentagram. This symbolises the union of the macrocosm (hexagram) with the microcosm ((hu)man, 5 senses and the pentagram). The Venus cycle and work is truly the work of BEing human.
